Rates £70.00 first night (2 persons) including breakfast.
Subsequent nights £65.00 - Single Rate (limited availability) from £45.00

Children's Rates
Up to 5 years of age (including our child's bed, and
breakfast) will be £10.00 per night. This assumes that the child is sharing
the room with 2 adults.
Children between 6 and 12 years of age, sharing the same room with 2 adults, and
sleeping on a separate mattress (this only works comfortably in the twin
room) will be £20.00 - £25.00 per night including breakfast.

Terms

Deposit:
A deposit of one third of the total is payable at the time of booking. This is refundable if notice is given 14 days prior to scheduled arrival
Cancellations.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to arrival (6.00pm the previous day) the total payment for your booking will be required.
